Registration includes:
- Admission to all conference sessions and the exhibition
- Access to the conference attendee app
- Tea, coffee and lunches throughout the conference
GP trainees register using the non-member form and select the trainee rate.
Conference dinner tickets: €70 per person (see Social programme).
Payment
Pay by credit or debit card when you register, or choose bank transfer and an invoice with bank details will be attached to your confirmation email.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be emailed to pcdsi@abbeyconferences.com.
- Cancellations received before 18 February 2027 are refunded in full, less a €60 administration fee.
- After this date, refunds are at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
- Substitutions are welcome.

Galway Ceannt Station is a short walk (about 5 minutes) from the hotel, with direct services from Dublin Heuston.
By road
Galway is approximately 2.5 hours from Dublin via the M6. The hotel has on-site parking for guests.
By air
Shannon Airport is about 1 hour 15 minutes by road. Dublin Airport has direct coach services to Galway city centre.
By bus
Galway Coach Station and the city bus station at Fairgreen are within walking distance.
